Matthew Walker, the principal practitioner at The Osteo Practice in Harpenden, graduated with a Master’s degree from the prestigious British School of Osteopathy. He is fully registered with the General Osteopathic Council and has completed post-graduate courses in medical acupuncture, kinesiology taping and first aid.
Matthew has gained experience in London treating in a wide range of specialist osteopathic clinics, including sports injury, children’s, expectant mothers and those with acute and chronic conditions.
Matthew offers and employs a variety of techniques based on the age, physique and nature of his patient’s complaint. He has a specialised interest in the treatment of shoulder and neck pain and has conducted research investigating the incidence of low back pain in regular gym goers.
A keen athlete with a strong sporting background, Matthew has competed at a professional level of Martial Arts. These days he enjoys keeping fit on a recreational level and helping others to achieve their goals through Osteopathic based intervention.
Hayley has gained a wealth of experience providing Sports Massage Therapy and Acupuncture to her clients in a number of high-profile clinics over the past four years.
Hayley’s journey in health and fitness began with a career in Dance Performance; she has since earned a further qualification as a STOTT Pilates instructor specialising in pre & post-natal rehab, and CORE athletic conditioning.
Her impressive comprehension and passion for athletic performance has seen Hayley featured in articles for renowned Woman’s Health magazines, JD sports, Adidas and Runners World.
