Cancellations

24 hour policy

As a small business we kindly ask that patients are respectful towards cancelled or missed appointments that have been committed to.

Whilst we understand that affairs may arise that make attending your appointment difficult, this does means that gaps are left in the diary that may otherwise have been provided to another patient in pain.

Please note that we therefore have a strict 24 hour notice policy for cancellations.

If the cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment, a 50% fee will be charged.

We respectfully ask you to make the payment opposite: 


The clinic will be automatically notified of your payment.

Please be aware that rescheduled appointments are not booked until we have confirmed by phone or e-mail.
