Welcoming our newest member of the team!

Lisa, a 2005 graduate from the Anglo-European College of Chiropractic, brings a wealth of expertise to our practice. With a focus on general practice, she adeptly addresses a spectrum of conditions in patients spanning various ages and abilities. While her primary focus involves neck and low back complaints, Lisa skillfully manages conditions affecting the shoulder, hips, knees and other extremity joints.

Her treatment methodology integrates manipulation, mobilisation and soft tissue techniques like massage, stretching and dry needling. Lisa emphasises identifying lifestyle factors contributing to patients' complaints, guiding them in simple modifications for improved symptom management.

Having overcome musculoskeletal challenges herself, Lisa discovered the benefits of strength training for rehabilitation. This personal journey led her to attain a personal training qualification, enabling her to introduce strength training techniques to patients, enhancing their recovery.

Residing in Harpenden since 2013, Lisa, alongside her husband and daughters, relishes family time and outdoor activities, whether walking with their ponies or enjoying a coffee in town. Her community involvement extends to serving as a former Town Councillor and Town Mayor, along with co-chairing the PARC charity, dedicated to fundraising for a new skatepark in Rothamsted Park.

Lisa is registered with the General Chiropractic Council and is a proud member of the British Chiropractic Association.
