I hold a Master’s degree from the renowned British School of Osteopathy, an education that serves as the foundation for my holistic healthcare approach. I encompass various techniques including spinal manipulation, acupuncture, soft tissue mobilisation, and sports injury rehabilitation. At the core of my practice, however, is a commitment to individualised care. I meticulously tailor each treatment plan to meet the unique needs and objectives of my patients, to achieve not only effective relief but also long-term well-being.

Jay Towolawi

Jay is a highly qualified physiotherapist with a strong academic background, holding a Bachelor's Degree in Biochemistry, a Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy and a Degree in Sports Medicine.
He has dedicated several years to working in the National Health Service in Central London, gaining valuable expertise in Orthopaedic and Musculoskeletal Departments. Alongside his NHS experience, Jay has also been actively involved with Fulham FC Academy, where he has provided his services on a full-time basis.
Jay aims to revolutionise the way healthcare is delivered. His vision is to move beyond the confines of conventional clinic rooms, offering state-of-the-art sports physiotherapy in a modern and well-equipped gym environment. Jonathan Wride
Ultrasound diagnostics and guided injections
Jonathan specialises in ultrasound sonography to provide precise diagnostic imaging and guided injections. His expertise encompasses the detailed assessment and management of conditions including those related to muscles, tendons, ligaments, joints and arthritis.
With experience in both NHS rotations and private practice, Jonathan has worked with professional athletes, recreational sports enthusiasts and the general public. His extensive qualifications in physiotherapy, including post-graduate certifications in Diagnostic Ultrasound and Injection Therapy, allow him to employ advanced techniques in his practice. Additionally, Jonathan's Independent Prescribing qualification enables him to prescribe *medications independently at our Harpenden clinic.
Outside of his clinical work, Jonathan maintains an active lifestyle through regular gym sessions and road running, reflecting his dedication to personal well-being.

Jake Coombe

Jake has been an esteemed member of The Osteo Practice since 2020, consistently demonstrating his immense value to our organisation.
